Dumbbellhousewife Style Vietnamese PHO soup

Pho- pronounced like FU the first sound of the four letter F word. “WHAT THE PHO”

If you have been over to my house for PHO you know that my family is addicted to this soup! I can’t get enough of it, especially because it is so stinking cold outside.

Seriously though, this soup is going to be your new fav!

Cut up the following veggies.

*spinach

*red onion

*cabbage

* zucchini

*snow peas

*bean sprouts

*any other veggies you want.

*a chicken breast cut into thin slices

I like to cut up my vegetables pretty tiny

*On the stove get a pan  of water boiling

*Add the chicken and cook until done.

*Throw in your Ramen noodles with the spice packet on top. Do not let your noodles cook to long.

*Put the raw veggies that you want into a BIG bowl. Dish some noodles and chicken on the top of your veggies and then pour the boiling juice on top.

MY SECRET WEAPON- Add Sriracha if you like it spicy!
