*This class is a mix of cardio and weights. Let’s just say..YOU WILL BE SORE!

*This class is one of the funnest classes you will ever take. A mix of martial arts, self defense and intense conditioning drills will rock your world.

*Are you a rebel? If so, this class is perfect for you! This class is out of the box training and designed for extreme adventure racers, but everyone can do it, and are welcomed.
