Routines will be posted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s. We are going hard until our Grand Opening on June 9th, at which point we will have an obstacle race to put our work to the test. YOU DOWN? If so, here we go…

-100 pulls ups-jump or band pull ups if you need.
-100 weighted dips
This routine is brought to you by Ken Furuta.
This one will really challenge you.
Find a hill that is at least 100 to 200 yrds.
Sprint up the hill with a sandbag or wreck bag. Drop it at the top and do 10 burpees.
Run back down without bag. Next time around sprint up without bag and then bring bad down with you after you do your burpees.
Let your heart rate drop down to around 130bpm in between sets.
10 sets! BAM. Good luck my friends.

This routine will rock your world. It needs to be done by the end of this weekend. 😉
8 exercises, 8 reps, 8 sets.
-Dead lifts-make the weight that 8 reps will be challenging.
-Med ball pushups-have med ball under one hand and drop it down for 8 pushups, then switch over to the other hand and do 8.
-Tricep kickbacks with dumbbells. Make it a worthy weight.
-8 overhead tricep extension
-Walking lunges. 8 on each leg
-8 box jumps.

Sometimes the hardest routine to do is to slow down. I know for me it is. Today and tonight you are going to slow down and meditate for 10 minutes. A whole 10 minutes you are going to slow your mind down, shut the world out, and set your goals and intentions for the rest of the week. Comment in the box below once you have done it. Today is LEG DAY.
Prowler and step up routine. If you don’t have a prowler, substitute walking lunges please.:)
-Prowler-up and back down the turf (walking lunges)
-High step up’s holding db’s-something heavy-15 reps on each side
